Shipping & Returns Policy

The below Shipping & Returns Terms and Conditions are subject to change at Activemile's discretion from time to time to meet certain standards and improvements. Activemile encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Shipping & Returns Policy.


Shipping Terms


Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you are, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1) General

Our products are typically dispatched within 24 hours using multiple carriers and courier services. Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2) Delivery Time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

(a) Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Almost all orders are sent to Activemile for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed, unless we get a delay from the seller side, which we try to avoid.

(b) Shipping time

Shipping In UAE: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 1 to 2 business days in Dubai (but can take longer from time to time in some cases), 3 business days in other emirates, and up to 7 days in remote areas.

Shipping outside UAE: Generally, orders shipped internationally varies greatly depending on the country you are ordering from. The shipping time will be calculated at checkout once you place an order.

3) Operating Hours

Orders placed before 3 PM UAE time will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4) Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us on [email protected] so that we can conduct an investigation.

5) Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6) Shipping Fees

In UAE: we offer free shipping for orders with value over 300 AED. If your order is below 200 AED, we offer a flat shipping fee depending on your location within UAE:

  • Dubai: 15 AED for standard delivery (next business day)
  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK, : 23 AED
  • Remote Areas: A special quotation will be provided depending on the area


Outside UAE: We are partnering with couriers to provide you the products we have in our stock anywhere you are. The shipping fees will be calculated at checkout once you place an order.>/p>

Placing multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to your or the cardholder’s monthly statement.

7) Items Out Of Stock

While we endeavor to keep all our stock information accurate, if for any uncontrollable reason an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

8) Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

9) Duties & Taxes

UAE VAT: VAT has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Activemile at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

10) Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order and before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If an order has already been dispatched, you will need to receive it then issue a return process. please refer to our Return & Refund policy.

Return & Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1) Return Due To Change Of Mind

Activemile will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging (if it came in a package) and original tag, unused and in resellable condition. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your credit card account or Store Credit. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid or any taxes.

2) Products exempted from return:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, magazines cannot be returned.

• Intimate or sanitary goods (underwear)

• Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

• Some health and personal care items

• Any items that are sold without tags (as specified in the item description)

• Discounted items (on Sale) are not eligible for a return

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

3) Return Process

To process your return, Please follow the below steps:

1) If you need to return any item, send us an email at [email protected]

2) A customer care member will contact you to confirm your details and schedule a pick up date and time.

3) Our team will pick up the product from your address with 2 to 5 days.

4) Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be inspected and processed.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

4) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon product inspection.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied within a certain amount of days according to your preference, of either the original method of payment on your credit card, or to your Store Credit (Store Credit is mandatory only if payment was done through cash on delivery).

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be only refunded the value of the product.

5) Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6) Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

7) Exchanges

We may only replace items if they are defective or damaged subject to stock availability.. We only exchange the item for the same item (if stock is available) otherwise we offer you a full refund (excluding the original cost of shipping).

We do not replace items for different variations (such as size, color, style) and we would only offer a refund for the returned items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It will reach within 3 days in UAE, and will take longer for international shipping. We will update you with the time of the shipping upon confirming your exchange.

8) Gifts

If the item was provided to you as a gift , where the gift giver had the order shipped to you, or to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
