New from Secret Training this product has been specifically developed for the UAE market. An Isomaltulose based oral rehydration solution with no added sweeteners or sugars. This flavourless version adds to the range which includes Watermelon, Pineapple and Orange flavours.

In 2016, Secret Training was asked by one of the leading pro tour teams to produce a slow release carbohydrate energy drink to support their long fat burning rides. Since development it has been used regularly by pro teams and riders. Research using slow release carbohydrates such as isomaltulose and resistant starches show that it is possible to support enhanced fat burning whilst sustaining energy levels.

Due to its specific molecular bond isomaltulose is fully absorbed but slower than commonly known sugars or carbohydrates. It therefore offers the full calorific value of carbohydrates,  but in a balanced long lasting way. This avoids spiking blood sugar levels with the associated insulin response. 

Training mix can be used before, during and after hot training sessions. The slow release characteristics make it useful as a pre-hydration drink.
